Banning in kMS? If I remember correctly no, theres also a couple of videos in the YouTube paradise showing people using Fraps. Do you mean just randomly banning you or as soon as you turn it on banned. If its as soon as you turn it on banned, no.

For KMS I don't believe it's seen as a 3rd party program, so nothing SHOULD be wrong with it, but there might be some promoted recorder by nexon or something, plus fraps isn't a program that is widely (if at all) available in korea, so it might be, but.. I'm no worker or anything. but yeah, I use it for kms and haven't gotten banned.
