What does it do? O_o I had it in my inventory for quite a while.

You were supposed to double click the perfume in a map outside of town. Then a fake boss comes out and you're supposed to kill it. The boss drops a toy nose then you take that nose to cassandra I think and she gives you a nose that gives +1 to all stats, IIRC.
