the portal to go to Ulu city is already in there. Theres a screenie of it coming out sometime in November, probably what the above dude said.

Yeah. I thought the World Tour areas are going to be removed, but the release of Kaede Castle did consider me wrong.

Unfortunately, Future Tokyou isn't going to be released in GMS, unless they either need to remove Neo City or make Neo City's codes different from Future Tokyou which is highly unlikely that is going to happen.

I would have still been super disappointed if all WT areas (like Showa (I mainly go there to get Ciders), Singapore, Malaysia, etc) are to be removed.
