Korean Code Page - Cant change language.

It will not let me change languages.

I have the launguage packs - I tried everything. Korean proxies, Microsoft AppLocale, changing the language.

I think that there is a problem where users on a network cannot change their language or something, I think I read up on this, if that is the case, is there a secondary option to play KMS?

Heres the error message I got. I am the system administrator, so this error is not related to that.

hmm. perhaps your language file is corrupt? try unchecking install east asian languages then recheck and download/use this language pack in place of the windows CD: http://www.sendspace.com/file/1lo6zq

I've never heard of this error so I haven't posted until now.. but if no one else knows of it either, I'll help as much as I can.
