Halloween 2010 Event Quest Guide

"Since I'm feeling bored, I decided to make this guide. I hope it'll help."
Examinations end the following day anyway. Might as well do something for the community since I know I'll be wasting my time.

How long will this event last?
The Halloween 2010 Event will last from 18 October 2010 to 7 November 2010.

How do I reach the Haunted Mansion?
Use the Dimensional Mirror.

Pumpkin Farm
Requirement: Level 13 and above
Repeatable: Once a day
Task:
1. Talk to the Maid.

2. Accept her quest.
3. Create a party (you can be the only one in the party).
4. Choose the second option to enter the Pumpkin Farm.
5. You will be given 3 minutes to complete the whole farm. Start hitting the huge pumpkin to carve the eyes, nose and all three parts of the mouth. You will get 1 Pumpkin Piece per part. If you hit at the wrong spot, Jack-o-Lanterns will be summoned. These do not drop anything and are merely hindrances. Keep track of the time!

6. When you are done, the pumpkin will glow and Jack-o-Lanterns of the Pumpkin Farm will spawn on the bottom platform. These will drop Pumpkin Pieces as loot.

7. Repeat these steps as many times as you need until you get 50 Pumpkin Pieces.
8. Return to the Maid to get your Pumpkin Headgear, which gives 2 Attack and Magic Attack and lasts for 3 days.

Trick or Treat!
Requirement: Level 13 and above
Repeatable: Once every three hours, Relog to obtain quest
Task:
1. This is an auto quest. Accept the quest from the light bulb above your head.
2. These two weird girls will speak to you, asking for "Trick or Treat".

3. You will be given a choice to "Treat" or "Trick".

"Treat"
Select the first option of the two to "treat". To treat, you will need to have a Pumpkin Taffy before you start the quest, obtained from the monsters in the Haunted Mansion. Else, you will not be able to choose this option (or even see it).

In exchange for 1 Pumpkin Taffy, you will receive 100 EXP and a Halloween Present.

*When opening the Halloween Present, it is possible to obtain the Broomstick 1-handed Sword, Chair and Mount.

"Trick"
If you do not have a Pumpkin Taffy, or you'd rather choose the second option to "trick", you will turn into a ghost (morph).

The Masked Gentleman's Invitation
Requirement: Level 13 and above
Repeatable: No
Task: Get ready, it's a 30-part quest! From what I see, parts of the quest unlock as the event goes on. Interesting...

Day 1
1. Talk to the Masked Gentleman (it should appear as a light bulb above your head).

2. Go to the Haunted Mansion and talk to him again to get 100 EXP.
3. Follow the directions in the pictures below (the yellow dot) to find Ludmilla and accept her quest.

4. Return back to the main hall. Enter the bottom-right portal.

5. Eliminate 44 Flying Purple Books.

6. Return to Ludmilla and get 500 EXP and 5 Pumpkin Taffy.
7. A light bulb will appear above your head. Accept the quest.
8. Return to the bottom-right portal. This time, there will be no monsters inside. Talk to the weird thing inside the room to complete the quest and get 500 EXP.

9. Talk to the Masked Gentleman to leave the room.

Day 2
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 19th October 2010 (Korean Time).
10. Talk to Ludmilla.

11. Return to the main hall and enter Guest Room 3.

12. Eliminate 80 Green Ghouls.

13. Return to Ludmilla and get 600 EXP and 5 Pumpkin Taffy.
14. A light bulb will appear above your head. Accept the quest.
15. Return to Guest Room 3. This time, there will be no monsters inside. Talk to the weird thing inside the room to complete the quest and get 600 EXP.

16. Talk to the Masked Gentleman to leave the room.

Day 3
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 20th October 2010 (Korean Time).
17. Talk to Ludmilla.
18. Head to the portal towards the right and enter. You will have 10 minutes.

19. Click on the Old Chest in the middle. (You might need to move closer to it before clicking on it.)

20. Ghosts will spawn. Eliminate all of them.

21. Click on the Old Chest again. It will turn into a reactor. Hit the chest until it drops a Blue Dress.

22. Return to Ludmilla and get 700 EXP and 10 Halloween Taffy.
23. A light bulb will appear above your head. Accept the quest.
24. Return to the map with the Old Chest. This time, there will be no Old Chest inside. Talk to the weird thing inside the room to complete the quest and get 700 EXP.

25. Talk to the Masked Gentleman to leave the room.

Day 4
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 21st October 2010 (Korean Time).
26. Talk to Ludmilla.
27. Hunt for Keys from the monsters in the Haunted Mansion.

28. Find the Treasure Chests in the main hall of the Haunted Mansion.

29. Drop a key in front of each treasure chest. After a few seconds, the Candle will drop out.

30. Collect all 5 Candles through the same method.
31. Return to Ludmilla and get 800 EXP and 10 Pumpkin Taffy.
32. A light bulb will appear above your head. Accept the quest.
33. Follow the directions below to reach the room.

Day 5
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 22nd October 2010 (Korean Time).
36. Talk to Ludmilla.
37. Go outside of the Haunted Mansion and enter the portal as shown below.

38. Hunt for 20 Flowers, 40 Bow-ties and 10 Pumpkin Baskets from the monsters inside.

39. Return to Ludmilla and get 900 EXP,10 Pumpkin Taffy and 1 Masked Gentleman's Hat (which lasts for 15 days).

Day 6
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 23rd October 2010 (Korean Time).
40. Talk to Ludmilla.
41. Enter the chimney at the top of the main hall.

42. Hunt for the Tuner from Voodoo Dolls.

43. Talk to the Grand Piano in the main hall and get 900 EXP.

44. Enter the portal as shown below.

45. Talk to Sophilia and get 700 EXP. You will be teleported out of the room.

Day 7
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 24th October 2010 (Korean Time).
46. Talk to Sophilia.
47. Return to the chimney and hunt for 20 Cottons from Voodoo Dolls and 40 Nails from the wooden boxes.

48. Return to Sophilia and get 1000 EXP and 15 Pumpkin Taffy.

Day 8
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 25th October 2010 (Korean Time).
49. Talk to Sophilia.
50. Go outside of the Haunted Mansion and enter the portal as shown below.

51. There will be a timer of 10 minutes. Talk to the Broken Vehicle.

52. Many ghosts will spawn. Eliminate all of them and talk to the Broken Vehicle again to get the Wall Piece.
53. Return to Sophilia and get 1000 EXP.

Day 9
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 26th October 2010 (Korean Time).
54. Talk to Sophilia.
55. Talk to Ludmilla and get 500 EXP.
56. Talk to Sophilia and get 500 EXP.
57. Follow the directions below to reach the room.

62. Talk to Steward in the main hall and get 500 EXP.

67. Follow the directions below to reach the room.

71. Go to any hairshop in any town and click on the Lump of Hair to take it.

Day 11
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 28th October 2010 (Korean Time).
73. Talk to Sophilia.
74. Follow the directions below to reach the room.

75. Finish the jump quest (note: the books are platforms that can move!) and enter the portal.
76. Click on the Sealed Envelope.

Day 12
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 29th October 2010 (Korean Time).
78. A light bulb will appear above your head. Accept the quest from Jonas.
79. Enter the portal as shown in the picture below.

81. Enter the chimney and talk to Jonas to get 1500 EXP.
82. Accept his next quest and you will get an Invisible Cloak.
83. Give the cloak to the Piano and get 800 EXP.
84. Return to Jonas and get 800 EXP.

Day 13
You will only be able to continue the quest chain on 30th October 2010 (Korean Time).
85. A light bulb will appear above your head. Accept the quest from Jonas.
86. Talk to Joey and get 800 EXP.
87. Talk to Sophilia and get 800 EXP.
88. You will receive a different coloured Lump of Hair. Pass this to Joey and receive 900 EXP.
89. You will receive a Devilish Hammer.

90. Return to the jump quest map and enter the portal.
91. Click on the mask at the top-left corner of the map to shatter it with your hammer and get 2000 EXP. (Go closer to it.)

Thanks people. I'd just like to say the rate of the 1-handed sword, chair and mount from the Halloween Present is pretty rare. :/ I keep getting potions.

Clicking the Old Chest again doesn't work for me...

When you have eliminated the ghosts, get close to the chest and then click it, it should turn into a hittable chest, normal attack it until it drops the dress, take it to the woman, go back to the room, click on the shiny jewel then talk to masked man to get out

You're supposed to go to the map outside the Halloween Mansion and hunt for the items there. There are so many people there, and till now, I have no luck on getting all the items to continue. :P

Reward is the Masked Gentleman's Hat for 15 days though.
