How do we get skills like... MapleWarrior 20 or Pierce 30 and what not. Do we need skill books (and where do we get them if we need them) or is there some other method? I'm asking because we get all of our skills but only up to level 10, so there might be some way to get our other skills easily and freely too.

All higher than Lv.10 you buy @FM or find from mobs.

Snipe 20/30, MapleWarrior 20/30 and FrostPrey(Freezer) 20/30?
