What the hell is with the patcher

It is 15mb now, but not much better.

This is 2 hours of patching. Anything to increase this speed?

Try closing the patcher and starting it again. Same thing happened to me earlier today.

You are on Vista. Go to the Wizet folder, find Patcher.exe, right-click it and run it as an Administrator.

It seems your display is in Korean. The only thing that has to change is your codepage to Korean.
