nope, I'd recommend logging a ticket with them. it usually takes a few hours though. this happened to me as well (MULTIPLE times) and it really pisses me off. make an account and really yell at them good. after the like 4 times it happened to me, they just said whatever and gave me an infinite $300 spending limit lol.
