Ok so, i finally got my 10k GT card from cn-usa. When i go into the cash shop and click the yellow button i get this message. http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/6476/halp.png

it says your user information doesn't exist, and to contact customer service.. o_O

I get the same error on tespia, but I'm not sure what to do about it.

oh, you got this error message on tespia? no, I believe that we cannot charge there at the moment.

Only the NEW items are free. Otherwise you have to pay for anything else which is kinda dumb, especially how there seems to be like no actual way of charging nx onto tespia.
