The registration hates me

Ok i'm following the guides EXACTLY!
I'v tried like 20 times now >.<
I'm using ie8
I have no "!"s AT ALL
What keeps hapening is I fill out all the info on the first step,
then when I go click the Orange button on THE VERY BOTTOM it just comes back to the step i'm on and the only difference is that it wants me to retype my pass but it doesn't say any thing is wrong with it. I'm tried like 10 passes and they all do the same thing TT.TT

O.o I don't think that's required because I have some accounts that have passwords without numbers.
