You know how shadow partner usually does 50% of what the other two stars do?
Sudden attack (2nd job skill, 130% damage of next attack out of darksight) boosts not only the L7 damage, but it also makes shadow partner do 65% damage (when maxed) instead of 50% of what L7 does. Mine doesn't do 65% because my sudden attack isn't maxed.

Because shadow partner is always supposed to do 50% damage. If you ever look at the damage for shadow partner it is always half the original attack, no exceptions other than this.

I kind of get where your going at but i kind of don't so if sudden attack isn't maxed ur shadow partner will be weaker?
