Where do you get private proxies/vpns?

How much are they and how long do they last?

they're private for a reason..
I don't know much about the the world of proxy/vpn's, but I believe that you can get some sort of vpn that updates the IP so it sort of never expires.

but it'd make alot of lag when the IP is changed.
