안녕하세요. 메이플스토리 입니다.



보다 쾌적한 플레이 환경의 조성을 위해 월드 통합이 진행될 예정입니다.

이번 월드 통합은 이전 진행되었던 옐론드, 카스티아 월드의 성공적인 월드 통합을 바탕으로

충분한 사전준비를 거쳐 6월 중 진행됩니다.



이전과 비교하여 더 많은 월드를 대상으로 하는 만큼 안내되는 공지를 잘 숙지하시어

월드 통합 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제를 사전에 해결하시기 바랍니다.



※ 월드 통합이란?

플레이 환경 개선, 다양한 커뮤니티 지원 등을 목적으로 다수의 월드를 하나로 통합하는 것을 의미합니다.

통합 대상이 된 월드의 캐릭터들은 게임에 접속하면 서로 만날 수 있게 되며,

같은 월드끼리만 가능했던 사냥, 대화, 파티, 거래 등 게임 플레이에 필요한 요소들을

함께 공유할 수 있게 됩니다.

* 플레타, 갈리시아, 메데르, 컬버린 = 월드 통합

* 메리엘, 레오나, 아스터 = 월드 통합





< 월드 통합 이후 변경되는 사항 >

1. 통합되는 월드의 캐릭터들은 모두 함께 플레이 할 수 있습니다.

2. 게임 접속은 이전과 마찬가지로 월드 선택창에서 자신의 월드를 선택해 접속합니다.

3. 게임 플레이 및 각종 커뮤니티 기능만 함께 사용이 가능할 뿐, 캐릭터 슬롯, 창고, 캐시 인벤토리,

랭킹 등의 서비스는 통합되지 않습니다.





< 주의사항 >

1. 월드 통합의 대상이 되는 월드에서는 5월 15일(금)부터 길드 및 길드연합 생성이 불가합니다.

* 길드 생성 시도 시 채팅창에 150만 메소가 소비되었다는 문구가 출력될 수 있으나,

실제로 소지하고 있던 메소가 차감되지는 않습니다.

2. 통합 대상 월드 간 중복되는 길드명은 추후 변경페이지를 통해 변경하실 수 있습니다.

(중복되는 길드명 리스트에 대해서는 다음주중으로 재공지 될 예정입니다.)

3. 변경 기간 동안 변경하지 않으신 중복 길드명에 대해서는 월드 통합 이후 임의의 길드명으로 자동 변경됩니다.

4. 월드 통합이 완료된 이후에는 길드명 변경 페이지에서 변경이 불가능합니다.





여름방학을 앞두고 진행되는 월드 통합을 통해 보다 다양하고 즐거운 플레이가 가득한

메이플 월드를 만들어갈 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

앞으로 안내될 월드 통합과 관련된 공지사항에도 지속적인 관심 부탁 드립니다.

we, and many other people, joined culverin because it's a small server. what I like about it is the small, tightknit community. kyo, daniel and I are all friends with a very good number of the high leveled korean players. when they merge the servers the "little community" feeling on culverin will be gone.

that, and I'll be pissed if I can't kill chimera anymore..

its definitely a reasonable move but still think of the consequences, if there going to do this then they need to open up some new/old maps or fix some old maps. Merging these worlds together just creates a bigger problem of cramped training maps and such.

You've got to be kidding me, lmao.

On topic - The new world may not be called anything. The servers Kastia && Yellonde were merged, but they still existed as separate servers and kept their names/icons. For example, they shared the same people, maps, FM, etc.

Kons:
No bossing, crowded training spots, things you have will deflate so you can't sell it for as much as you bought it for.
