[help]how to achieve different Medals?

Ok , so practically in every town there is an old dude who stands next to a set-up which is red and has a maple leaf on it, but he gives some quest that rewards you with medal(s). I need some guidance on how to achieve these medals.

Ya. I want to get the medals too but I don't know how to get them.Can somebody help me?:confused:

Uh well the easiest one to do is the green one, which is by starting the quest then logging on for 3 hours a day for 27 days, and you have 3 days that you can miss in case of an emergency.
