so ive seen that adding funds from paypal doesnt work.
But ive see that the option to make a direct purchase from paypal exists.
can anyone confirm this?

You can still buy NX from CN-USA with paypal but you don't need to add funds.
This is better because it makes our transactions more secure and safer.
