MSEA in korea

Does MSEA have an IP block for korea too? or is it just for American/European players. Is South Korea considered South Asia (dumb question) or is MSEA SPECIFICALLY for malaysian and Singaporean players ONLY. Can i play MSEA in south korea WITHOUT a proxy? if you or anyone you know is playing MSEA in korea WITHOUT a proxy, please tell me ;]

I don't know, accounts made before 2007 or 2008 (before the IP block was active) are playable.
