You'd have to wait till the next term to apply for KMST.
Spadow usually posts up his guide on how you can apply.

If you got in then you would be able to play in KMST.
The term now lasts till the end of March(?). So the 2nd term of 2011 would be April through July. For now, you cannot, and will not play KMST, unless someone gives you their accounts, which I highly doubt.

Also, you didn't get in this time, so didn't I, so quit whining, everyone wants to play KMST.

there's only one way to get into kmst. you gotta sign up and be chosen.

Like Volt just said, someone who already is in KMST cannot "invite" another player into the Test Server.
