search for "korea gift certificate" on ebay. the ebay username you should look for is blacksandisland. he sells korean nexon cash for $14/10k through ebay or $12/10k with a verified paypal account. send him an ebay message if you want to buy direct via paypal.

Update: I contacted CN-USA through the "Contact Us" section of their website and they responded within 30 minutes with both of my codes. Good place to buy NX :P.
