4th job? :S

Hey....
I saw Spadow already did 4th job on his i/l mage. How the hell? It's almost impossible to get 10 mil just from monsters with this dorprate and whenever I go to manon or griffey in channel 1 I can't get in. In channel 20 they just don't spawn...
