View Full Version : My KSSN troubles (not a method of obtaining)

This is not a discussion of myself obtaining a KSSN, as I already have one. The problem I am dealing with is that my computer has ran into some situations which caused me to have to system restore. The only problem with that being, is I had my KSSN written in a text document. Now I do not remember enough digits of my KSSN for certain reasons. Is there anyway I could retrieve my KSSN from the Nexon website, by possibly giving information? I am guessing there would not be only because they would expect myself to have a card of some sort saying this information. So let's just say I 'lost' this card.

Now the only problem that I would run into by losing this number, is that I will have to now make a new Nexon account, which will not be difficult since I do remember all of the steps. And I am still at least able to transfer my mesos through other characters.

Anyway, the main reason I just realized this is because I had redownloaded kMS for future times, and was going to play the game Dungeon n Fighter (another Nexon Korea game) when I went to register and realised that I had 'lost' my KSSN (as it was needed for registration, just like MapleStory), and made this thread just to be sure there was absolutely no way of getting it back.

So I will proceed with creating another Nexon account while I wait for a sure response, even though I think I've read a thread about someone asking the same exact thing. Thank you for your time.

tl;dr = Is there any possible way to find out what my KSSN was?

the only way to retrieve a KSSN is through the korean government. no website would ever give out that information, even if you did put it in. it would be an enormous breach of security.

Yeah, that's what I figured, I just needed to make sure. Thanks.
