The storage is an overkill, except if you do alot of piracy, or run a server of some kind.

Judging the build overall, it's pretty nice, even though I believe you can get somewhat better hardware for less dollars.

What did it cost?

yeah I know the storage is overkill. But yeah, it leaves room for future stuff that I might do. (Like what you said, servers and such.)

Total $1161 CAD after taxes and those stupid government fees.

Oh, and the EACS can't do stuff like PSX emulation (It skips, i've tried) so thats where the FALS comes in.

That's mine partially. By that I mean that's what I still need to get.
Already bought monitor (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001278), printer (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16828104014), and I'm keeping my case (so my dad doesn't know I severely upgraded my comp), my 160 GB IDE HDD, my 320 GB SATA HDD, my Pioneer DVD burner, and my LG DVD burner.
All the hardware listed is for longevity of the devices, not best possible price. My comp's hardware (with a few exceptions) is about 6-7 years old but in good (but deteriorating) condition. I want to design a computer with equal or longer longevity.
