could someone guide me through the instillation process? i get no text/alt codes/no buttons during the installation screens, so i dont know what's going on :/

You see gibberish because you don't have Korean codepage enabled.
After the patcher is done, change your codepage to Korean, reboot PC and you can play. :)

ive already done it all

i guessed where the buttons are, and just waited as it installed, didnt take that long.
