nope thats different.

the antibotting system reduces the exp/drops you get from a monster for every 5 levels you're above it.
as you can see in the picture, the guy is over 50 levels higher than the monster but he's getting normal exp, so the system got removed in tespia.

B3 is already screwed even with penalty system, 4-5 I/L botters each map.

so i dont think it would matter since botters will screw shit up either way,

its just more convenient for us normal players
