because by the looks of things theres like 2 people NOT making a cannon shooter

I'm going to hold off on Cannon Shooter as I wanted to make an FP, but i'm so going to make a mercedes.

Edit : Actually that ring and buff look awfully nice. What level do you get the buff? Or is it one of those buffs that levels every 10 ~ 5 levels with you?
