and you forget i am in gmt.

it's daylight savings atm so for everyone in gmt, korea is 8 hours instead of 9 until october

If you're in EST, then no. It'll end at 7PM, assuming no delays.

Out of curiosity, how exactly do you use an .EXE file to patch it? Do I just put it in the Maple folder, replace the old and run it?

double click it and direct it to your maplestory folder (not nexon) and let it do its work

It isn't a threat. I just finished patching and Kaspersky didn't detect it as a threat. Norton is too uptight sometimes.
