hey guys im confused on how to do these 2 quests

수아르의 부탁: 지 그문트를 찾아가 조언을 얻어보자. 뭐가 수아르를 대신할 만한 아이템을 줄 것 같은데

낡은 무기 ; 수아르 찾아가서 줌더 좋은 무기를 구해보자.

i kinda understand both of them but im still really lost .-. thanks! :)
