View Full Version : Which new job should I choose..

Getting somewhat bored of being a Windbreaker and I want to be an Adventurer too on KMS to help with future boss parties maybe..

Which one should I choose.... (I like both jobs the best)

Bowmaster (For SE)
Bishop (For support/possible helping with leeching ect)

I can't really think of any classes in the guild that could utilize Sharp Eyes like a Nightlord could; I don't know how well the other high levels would use it.

But since we have Jess already, and she seems pretty steadfast in getting to Bishop also, I would say go Bowmaster.

Okay guess I'll work on a future BM later hardest part is training to 70 without a non ranged mobbing skill but I did it in GMS, guess I can do it again in KMS.

Noticed there's like hardly any rangers in the guild

I don't think I've ever seen any Ranger online, actually.
Blake was the only Hunter I could think of, but he disappeared also.

Awww, I just npced a red hinkel yesterday. Anyways, I have some maple bows from anniversary if you don't =).

I do love the Sniper's version of AR though.

soiherd that Wind Booster + Xbow Booster + a Normal Xbow = Hurricane-ish Strafe.

Plus, 4 second Snipe and a bird that'll freeze for you.

Yeah I may just go the Sniper path after watching vids the bird that freezes will totally come in handy, hope there stronger than ranger's are.

Either way, there's no way in hell you're getting to 130 on a bowmaster for it to be used as a sharp eyes mule, or getting to a high enough level for bishop to be good for leeching (but getting to a bossing level is possible, although 10%/hr from 50 to 75+ will make you want to commit suicide).

I'm not in any rush to get to 120 or anything...

And yeah my Ranger on GMS gets maybe 15% an hour if I'm lucky but I lost motivation for it because my damage seems so low ._.

That's pretty common, which is why just about every server on GMS is lacking good/active bowmasters/marksmen. Pretty sad. :(

Well if ur main reason is to help the guild out at bosses, cygnus is still very helpful at bosses excluding HT and PB, lvling a bowamster until it actually becomes useful in guild boss runs is gonna take LOOOONG. i suggest maybe Soulmaster/striker for damage if u wanna lvl quickly and boss at an early lvl. Otherwise if u have steadfast dedication, gogo BM!
