this patch will most likely include both patches that were in kmst (398 and 399)
but as always nexon will have to to do a server check and extend it and think we will forgive them after they give us 3 hours of 2x :D

I don't get it
I can download the patch file with like 2mb/sec, but I can't get stable connection to the game server.
