I doubt so. I don't recall anymore events that give out 100% books for Mercedes.

Should had gotten Dualbowgun Expert 30..

Ishtar's Ring 30 and Lightning Edge 30 are meh

Japanese should be lowering the price of Ishtar's ring cause its only needed at lv 1 until 160 or so.
