I don't think so... I've been looking all over for a level npc.. :c

I've been grinding at CD's with a level 30 dagger for like an hour.

They usually do this. If you have the lvl up NPC, use it as much as you can with every possible character, cause it won't be there forever. Same thing for free NX or cash items that costs 0. One term we were given like 30k nx points, I saved them up for later, and in one patch, it got wiped away :(

they sometimes even change it during a term

its just nobody can be assed to translate it


for example, rigus case of 30knx, i think that was term 2 this year? when magician/archer revamp came..
i remember it clearly saying that the nx will be only given to us for testing purposes (the payback system) and was going to be removed after a few days or something

Chris, there is now a Level up npc to level 120!! :D

Go to Lith Harbor and talk to the Buddy guy that sells you the buddy list slots and click the option with the 120.
