Are these hair and eyes avaiable in kMS?

Maybe I'll get those... But I've never seen them in game. If they exists, it'd be great if someone tells me where to get them.

The hair is, I believe. Either Kerning or Henesys is where I saw it.
Not sure about the eyes.

Found eyes.
But hair isn't in Kerning, Kerning new, Henesys, Mu Lung, and Ludi (and I think the only salon left is Orbis one...).

Maybe it is a special hair? (Like EX coupons in GMS, don't know if they exist here)
