Character creation pin?

Whenever i try to make a new character... it tells me i need some sorta pin/code
What code is it?

if it asks you in a one-line entry brown box, you need to input the last 7 digits of your KSSN. if it asks you using a soft keyboard, you need to enter a pin # for your account.

i dont have the last 7 digits.. is there any way to retrieve them or find out my 'seed'?
