Can't log on?

O_o? What does this mean?

it says that the username you entered is not registered.

I just made another account, wrote down the pass and login and yet I still get this error.

you sure you're making a maple account and not just the nexon account?

Yup. I'm sure. At the end of the maplestory registration it suppose to show a mushroom with a circle that says START
right?

yeah. try copy and pasting your password into the login boxes, it's possible that you are making a typo (possibly due to num lock or something) and can't tell because of the asterisks.

At the first box, i can put any email.
The next are password boxes. Which do i put? My nexon password or my new one?
and what are the 2 last ones?

first box, any userID you want to use. it doesn't have to be an email anymore.
second box, the password you want to set for your maple account.
third box, the password you want to set for your maple account.
fourth box, your nexon ID.
fifth box, your nexon PW.
