Server merge means two or three server icons on the login screen all go to the same... uh... "in game"?
I have three people in Culverin, if I dun wanna delete one, what server can I make a fourth?

You can make 4 characters per server. Click on the big right arrow at character selection screen.

If his account was made after December 18th, he can't.

Just make another char on Fleta, Medere, or Galicia (I think).

It was.
Two Cygnus made while the Parent-Child system was in place though... if that affects anything.
Meh, I found a list of the merged servers on Google. Thanks anyway. <3
