Anybody know great photoshop video tutorials?

After years of procrastinating, I finally wanna get serious about learning how to use photoshop. Especially I wanna learn how to do banners, headers, buttons, avatars, signatures and website designs.

Anyone know some great video tutorials that can get me started?

And the most important thing, at least for me: Try and error everything. All the tools, all the filters, all the buttons. Keep playing with photoshop options even if you don't know what you're doing. That's how I learnt by myself all I know.

And well, tutorials help too. This is just an advice.
