Well thief/pirate revamp is. In this patch which is part of Justice.

It's uploading directly into the kr sendspace folder (http://www.sendspace.com/folder/rd9ko6) so feel free to hit F5 on it every few minutes if you wish. Sitting at 2 hours until finish on the exe now. Granted this is better than the 10 days it was saying earlier...
