Is this Hilla? I think so. She looks very pretty. She kinda looks like Queen Nakia from Red River. Maybe it's based on her?

Omg. It's like Red River. The manga. This one prince had a sister but she was taken away by the Pharaoh of Egypt to make her the Queen. And then she became Queen Nefertiti and became the antagonist. So basically If it was Phantom and Hilla, they're siblings. But the Black Mage took her and she became evil? IUNNO. But the storyline would be so good If she was the sister.

Stronger than Empress = Level 200? Then what Level would be the Black Mage? Well, seeing as the Henchmen are L200 and, in theory, assuming bosses at least follow [i]some[/u] player/character rules the Level EXP math-wise can go to 211 I would suggest picking a number in that range. Then again they could turn up as a L190 with extreme stats.

Personally I would enjoy them being (albeit briefly knowing Nexon) the only L201 character/boss... and then MplStry2 appears, with no character/item migration.
