How do i delete an Order of Cygnus character

How do i delete my Cygnus character?
when i try to delete it asks for my kssn,etc.
i put it normally and it dont let me delete my char,i must make something like talking to a NPC,etc,before deleting it?

Go to the char selection screen, click on the 3rd button to delete your character. Something will pop up, you must enter your 2nd part of your KSSN.

That wasnt what he meant,let me explain:
After entering my KSSN,it doesnt let me delete the Cygnus Character

And,this was already solved,the problem was: He had to leave his family :)
