보상을 정상적으로 수령할 수 없는 문제가 확인되어 안내 드립니다.

현재 '저스티스 선물상자' 오픈 시 인벤토리가 부족한 경우 '저스티스 선물상자'는 사라지나
보상이 정상적으로 지급되지 않고 있습니다.

'저스티스 선물상자' 사용에 불편을 드리게 되어 진심으로 사과 드리며,
'저스티스 선물상자'가 사라진 분들께는 다음 점검을 통해 재지급해 드릴 예정입니다.

* 단, '저스티스 행운상자'는 정상적으로 사용이 가능합니다.

EDIT: I'm assuming the next Hot Time will have this "hat" Hot Time Package.
They stated that if you didn't have room, it will disappear, and they're sorry for this inconvenience.

They're not going to do anything about it. This entry just says "We recognize there was an error and we apologize sincerely" and pretty much nothing else.
