Moving Jr IGN List

I personally think that Jr IGN List Leaders & Juniors of the 외국인 Alliance (http://www.ellinforest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7703) should be moved somewhere better for new members see. I noticed more and more people have been wisping me or few other member instead of Jrs for guild invite. I think they don't know about the IGN list so I'm proposing either it get placed somewhere people can find it easier or some kind of notice. I talked to June and she also think it's hard to locate.

Suggestion: Move the link to right next to your welcome sign? Where it says Welcome, ___. labeled List of Leaders & Juniors of the 외국인 Alliance or something like that.. :3 Since there's an empty space there (?) and it is very easy to locate if you put it there... (maybe guild app can be place there instead with contactable JRs listed in a small box, I kind of noticed some people don't know where to look for guild apps.)
I think it'd be helpful for those who are lost in the forums looking for IGNs of contactable Jr.'s (even though, if you know your way around, it's easily reachable but newcomers don't know that do they.) also.. I think there should be update on list of Jr.'s as I see some IGNs I never see online.. :c

Plenty of people have whispered me, so I guess some people are finding it. It would be a lot better to have it stickied in every section except the non-maple or non-kms ones.

I suggest stickying it in the sections that are KMS-related and adding the list inside Guild Apps as well. Should also include info about the jrs' online time and update it whenever possible. Ofc this requires a lot of energy so xP

It's a sticky on the forums and new members should read their welcome PM where everything is explained and which topics are suggested to go to.

most of the people(like me) that was looking at registration and installation guide (all the time until i download and registered successfully)
i would suggest that put those link on the one before 'Now lets install kms' that writes 'before installing, kindly read these before u proceed on installation' or w/e jrs like
