It is impossible to access TMS even with proxifier( or maybe not... ).
However, TMSers like foreigners A LOT for no reason...
There's a French kid who just post a friend request at Taiwanese game site (http://forum.gamer.com.tw/C.php?bsn=07650&snA=440615&tnum=153), and then everyone just welcomed him like GOD.
