Knights of Cygnus VS Adventurers

I got these two options at the beginning of character creation. Which should I choose? The first one says level 120, the second - level 200. I don't get it.

Knights of Cygnus can only go up to level 120 as opposed to adventurers that can go up to 200. KoC get their skills earlier than adventurers but can't go as high.

Usually, KoC is recommended if you are a casual player and don't plan on exceeding a high level.

It's pretty simple. The stars show how difficult and such the class can be. It also shows the level cap and gives a brief description of them.
