100% Activity?

I've been at 99% for two or three days now I think? Not good with keeping track of time. How long does it take to get 100%? D:
I think I spent less time getting to 99% than I have at 99%....

Only one person can have 100% activity at a time, I think.
Whoever becomes more active takes 100% and knocks the other one to 99%

I don't think the activity is formed by the time someone has spent on the forum, but on the frequency of visits and posts (or something like that).
