KMS Website is distorted..

Okay first off, this is my friend's error, not mine. We tried Patcher.exe, Gamelauncher.exe, and of course, MapleStory.exe but he says nothing happens when he runs them.
So, he decided to log on the website and he gets this error.
What does it mean? Solution?

That isn't an error actually. That screen is supposed to pop up after you click "play now" on the KMS website. Shortly after the screen appears gameguard should launch. Can you describe the problem further? Were there any other messages?
