Registering a MS account link?

So i registered a Nexon ID but i am having trouble with the MS account link, i believe there updating it so it says but is there another way i can register my MS account?

Edit: I got it to work, you cannot use mozilla for the MS account registration, use internet explorer.

Just get to maple's site, click on the first box and there will be the site and stuff.
