It's completely random. All drops have a rate of probability. I guess it's just luck...

A lot of other monsters are dropping Chaos Scrolls:

- Cold Eyes
- Serph
- Tae Roon
- The pot monsters in Herb Town
- Cube Slimes

etc.

It will take a lot of time at cold eyes. I prefer going to Serph/Seruf and the other bosses. On the other hand, you live in Korea, I presume, and obviously we don't. We have the advantage of playing in what is the middle of the night for you and have very little competition when it comes to bossing.
