Gifting issue

Ok I gifted my friend some nx (lulzaims on EF) (like 10k nx) and he went onto cs to retrieve the items I gifted him.
How does he obtain the items? does he need last seven digets of k**n or what? plz help, it will be much appriciated.

ok found out the problem... i got an error that says i need to be 14 years old at least to gift. my k**n says i not 14 yrs of age so yea...

If you gifted NX ITEMS, Then when he go to the CS, a window should pop-up saying if he accept the gift or not (as far as I know),

We found out that we can't gift to someone if we're under 14 year old. WTF

If you can't gift it, why not buy it then trade it to him?

Why can't someone gift something when they are under the age of 14? that's so weird...
