character creation still not working

hi irecently finshed installing and creatign my kms account, but when i try to create a character it wont work. i enter my child kssn number on the creation, but it doesnt work. i have tryed to make 2 other accounts and it still wont work. if anyone could help i would apriciate it :)

What kind of error are you getting?

Most likely, the KSSN is incorrect.

i think im putting in the wrong kssn, im making a new nexon account now, the last times i was putting in the parent kssn i think, oya what is the main werver that ellinforest plays in?

You need to put in the second part of your KSSN.

Main server is Culverin.

jak, you know the very first kssn you use to sign up for a nexon account, you use the last 7 didgets from that kssn
