Ingame Lag

When I'm playing KMS I seem to lag a little. I don't lag when I go through portals but I lag quite a bit when I try to loot or attack. =/ I'm not using a proxy or anything,so that means I'm using my own internet connection. When I play GMS, I have zero lag and I have no trouble looting. Shouldn't I receive the same speed as I do in GMS since I'm not using a proxy? O.O Also, I dont have any other programs opened either.
So like I was wondering if this type of lag is normal? Also is it because I live in the U.S that I lag? o.O

It's probably the distance, so it seems normal.

yeah it's regional lag. it's normal, but can be a little irritating sometimes. there's nothing you can do to fix it though besides moving closer to korea lol.

That's weird,i live in Brazil and i have no lag on kMS :O!

i usually dont lag that bad on kms but today for some reason im lagging bad ._.

Quality of internet connections to any server physically located in Korea seems to be highly erratic, gaming or surfing. Thus, a high chance of d/cing quite often from maple. I'd suggest using an ethernet cable instead of wi-fi since a wired connection is so much more reliable.
