You can buy coupons (such as TeenCash), they only require the code.

For the Pigmy: Buy an incubator from Cash Shop, then either buy a Pigmy Egg in the Free Market or feed the pig that resides in towns with Pigmy Food because after you fed it, the pig will give you an egg that you can use for your incubator.

Double-click the egg when you have the incubator and press OK, and you have your reward.
